PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SENIOR ADVISOR
Software Operations, User Experience Design Department

I managed software UX/UI design portfolios and usability research projects for commercial, educational, and Enterprise software. My primary educational software design project was developed as a joint effort between Dell and Google to create classroom software for Google Chromebooks. Some of my past roles within Dell included software development, Enterprise design architecture, technical support for complex systems, and server room/data center installations and maintenance. When needed, I also developed training materials on technical topics to train employees and service vendors.
